      Patrick Murphy

       Patrick Murphy in his previous role as Managing Principal oversaw all operations at the Savills Orange County office which was formerly Cresa Orange County with a focus on increasing revenue, managing expenses, recruitment, mentoring and training. 

      Upon graduation from Pepperdine University where he was a member of the Championship Baseball Team, Patrick played professional baseball for the Detroit Tigers organization and is a member of the Pepperdine Sports Hall of Fame. Patrick currently resides in Corona Del Mar with his wife Michele and they have two daughters.  Patrick has a California Real Estate Broker License.  He is involved in the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and Ryan’s Reach.

      • Koll Company. As an Executive Vice President for over fourteen years, Patrick was part of the development process of both Koll Centers in Newport Beach and Irvine, California. In addition, he managed all lease transactions and marketing activity for a portfolio of over five million square feet of Class A mid and high-rise office buildings. Patrick leased more than six million square feet of office space and sold office buildings that had value considerations of over $1 billion dollars.

      • WM Capital and PLM Realty Investments. Patrick Murphy was a principal founder of the WM Capital Group, LLC. WM has developed and acquired commercial real estate and purchased distressed notes and properties.
      • PLM Realty & Investments also completed and sold a 7.5 acre, 85,000 square foot office/industrial project in Lake Forest, CA and processed a 155 acre industrial project with 2,600,000 square feet of entitlements in Livermore, CA.
