Dalton Little started his real estate career in Dallas, TX working with Transwestern. There, he worked under the firm’s top producers while garnering his real estate knowledge and furthering his exposure throughout the state. Dalton joined Focal Point’s Austin office in 2021 and oversees all site selection and acquisitions, market/ site feasibility and financial analysis, equity raise and investor management . Dalton holds a Texas real estate license and is a member of the Austin Rodeo, ULI, and the Hill Country Quail Coalition. Mr. Little is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi.
