Growing up in a real estate family, Olivia developed a passion for the business at an early age. Her professional background at one of Orange County’s most trusted commercial real estate development firms enabled Olivia to gain valuable development and investment experience while honing her research, negotiation, marketing skills. 

Olivia’s responsibilities within Focal Point include managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. She assists in the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure maximum occupancy of our properties at all times as well as the coordination of third-party property management firms throughout the portfolio.
